Gar wants to be closer, and he does have an answer but while they're kissing his mind is racing if it's too much if he'll just be embarrassed and rejected. It's a bit of an irrational fear but ti's there all the same. He can tell that Theo likes every touch he gives him and he figures he should go for it.

So without, breaking their kiss, Gar shifts over to straddle Theo's lap. It seems less overwhelming than pulling Theo on top of him and laying back to get closer. His free arm wraps around the back of the other's neck as he settled into the new position.
